Shipping Damages:
Products are packaged to arrive in good condition. Please open your boxes and inspect your shipment within 24 hours of its arrival. If there is any damage, contact Hi-Fired Ceramic immediately. We will manage your claim where applicable. It always helps to take a picture of the damaged shipment before opening.
